Ah, even if you're like me and can't afford anything anymore... that stuff is still fun to look at... and fantasize about ;D I remember that Serpent and the Rainbow - that's the one based on the true story of the real life voodoo zombies from that deathlike state drug. |

Oh, yeah! I forgot! I was looking at my collection trying to find a decent movie to watch. Put in Poutrygeist and turned it off abour a third of the way through. Not so great. I'll probably watch Serpent and the Rainbow tonight! |

I have to ask... what is a Poultrygeist ;D A weird goofy "Troma" film. This, I believe, was my first troma experience. I'd never even heard of troma until I looked up reviews for this movie.... Some people enjoyed it. But I couldn't really get past the bad acting. And I'm the kinda guy who LOVES cheesy horror flicks where the acting isn't so great. It was overly pricy and probably the worst 20 bucks I ever spent... But it was an "Eggs-clusive 3 disc special edition". Maybe I'll give it another shot in a few days or so.. On a side note, I must say that the Darkman trilogy was fantastic! All three films were throughly entertaining. And I only paid 7 bucks for the whole series! Brand new!

It's not for everyone. That's for sure. But it's definitely interesting to me. I loved the entire series.
