As someone who will pretty much read anything once (love the books!), I still have those favorite few that I go back to time and again. Of course, I have my most favorite ever, that I rank at the top. But the others are really in no particular order.
1. The Chosen - Chaim Potok 2. Dragons of Autumn Twilight - Tracy Hickman and Margaret Wise 3. The Historian - Elizabeth Kostova 4. Bridget Jones' Diary - Helen Fielding 5. Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone - JK Rowling 6. Ghostlight - Marion Zimmer Bradley 7. Second Glance - Jodi Picoult 8. Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy - Douglas Adams (no thanks to MIB, of course) 9. Guess How Much I Love You - Sam McBratney (yes it's a kid's book, but I LOVE it) 10. The Copper Beech - Maeve Binchy
What are your top faves?

That is a super hard list! In my tired state I guess I'd say
The Holy Bible King of the Wind The adventures of Dr. Dolittle Ender's Game Lord of the Rings -trilogy plus The Hobbit Chronichles of Narnia Fantastic Mr Fox A Wrinkle In Time Homeward Bound Alex, the Life of a Child
I admit, I love the middle school reading level books and the Bible! I can't help it...
