I'm headed to the hospital right now to get my kidney stone cut out. I'm hoping that ends all the fun!

Bummer it didn't work out the first time. I can actually honestly say that I feel your pain! (I think). Hopefully Tuesday they'll get it out for good!

Man, this is some kind of ordeal. I didn't know that I could hurt that bad for that long and stay conscious. In fact I passed out twice on the way to the emergency room after they tried to take me home from the surgery. The nurses and doctor had to hold me down just to get the IV in to put me back to sleep... I was thrashing around so bad from the pain. This stupid stint that's in me hurts like a kidney stone except it hurts all the way from down low to up in the kidney. It's also under extra pressure from my messed up disc that is already pushing on everything in that area. I finally have got a bit of sleep though and that helps some. And it doesn't sting quite so bad when I pee... for the first 2 days it felt like magma was shooting out ;D Well, that's my gloomy report... we are leaving at 4am for the hospital and hopefully they'll have me fixed soon. Thanks for listening

Woooo!! I couldn't help but wince the entire time I was reading your post. When I had the uncontrollable toss & turn effect, it was because of my internal injuries. Rib, back, stomach, etc.... I can only imagine how gun shy you're gonna be every time you have to pee, now. I'll be hoping for the best!!
