What a great game to attend! Couldn't have been a better day watching Denver move to 6-0 with a victory over our biggest rivals. Entering Qualcomm Stadium. The site of Super Bowl XXXII !!! The teams pre-game warm ups Phyllis and a few of the other San Diegans came and jawed with some of the Broncos during a pre-game huddle. The San Diego scoreboard would be on Denver's side tonight! During the game, we met a few die hard Denver fans who went all out in clothing for the game. They were a couple of pretty awesome dudes. Getting the Denver fans pumped! Bronco Power!! End Result. Denver: 34, San Diego: 23

Those guys are awesome! We had this dork (with no costume) in front of us at the Falcons game trying to lead the wave through the whole game. There were some really funny ones at the Dolphins game though.
It's crazy how it's still sunny there for a night game. By that time here it is pitch black. Good lighting for the pictures that way though. It would be weird to me to have Monday and Thursday night games to start at what 5 pm?

I wish the games started later here. Thursday Night Game 5:00 PM Sunday Games 10:00 AM 1:00 PM Sunday Night football 5:30 PM It starts pretty darn early. It'd fit my schedule much better if they started 2 or 3 hours later. BUT, what can ya do? Haha. I don't love the game any less. Random Charger fans would shout to Broncos fans that we're going down etc.. I had one guy say to me, "5-0 has got to go!". I just chuckled. I didn't hear one word from any Charger fan after that game.

10 am! Man I didn't even think about that. I'm a night person, 1 pm is too early for me. That's why I love my DVR.
Well, that shows that Charger fans may be a bit more intelligent than Jet fans, because they are still talking junk to the Dolphins and they got swept this year. ;D

I'll bet you were thrilled to see the Dolphins pull out the upset against the Pats! We both had a good week this week. Sure wish Cleveland could've pulled out the win, too. They were SO CLOSE!

Yeah, I was pleasantly surprised. Miami and Carolina won, doesn't happen often anymore.

Miami seems to be getting it together. Give them a couple years, and I'm sure they'll be a force in the NFL.

I agree, I'm so happy about Chad Henne at qb, it's been a long time. And I like having Pat White too, I think he has a chance to be really good at some point.
I see both our teams as overachieving and I can't understand it when everyone gets so negative over a few losses. I keep saying that the Dolphins are just one year removed from a one win season, for them to still be in the hunt for a second division crown since then is positive enough for me. And your Broncos keep impressing me.

Denver usually always jumps the gun and starts off fantastic, but then blow it at the end of the season. They were 7-2 in the 2006 season I believe it was, and missed the playoffs at 9-7. Oy.. All they needed to do was beat the San Fernando 49ers AT HOME to make it. They blew it!! Ahh!!! I'm always worried that they'll end up doing that again. They started out 6-0 with a 3.5 game lead in the division. 4 games later, they give up the division lead! Nothing can beat last year, though. Denver, 8-5. San Diego, 5-8. All they needed to do was beat the Panthers, Bills or Chargers. Or, even if they lose them all, San Diego just needed to lose one. But they STILL missed out on a division title AND the playoffs! Gah! Hopefully McDaniels is turning that around. I hope we give Indianapolis their first loss and catch up with the Chargers. I hate those Chargers with a passion.

The Dolphins are notorious for that crap too, but I feel both teams are headed in the right direction now. That Denver/San Diego thing last year was unbelievable. I would have bet serious money on Denver winning that division at mid season... totally incredible. The Chargers have more fire power than our teams right now, but we both have better coaching for sure and when the talent catches up things will be different. I am surely hoping Denver can knock off the Colts. Indy is my favorite for the Super Bowl and we don't need them going into the playoffs (PLAYOFFS) undefeated and threatening Perfectville.

Denver seems like the only team that can knock off Indianapolis/ I really hope they do, that way Dallas beats San Diego and we'll be tied for the division.

Haha. Wade Phillips needs to go back to being an offensive coordinator. Head coach just doesn't work for him. And Norv Turner needs to bring Marty Schottenheimer back.

Ole Marty, the best coach ever to completely suck in the playoffs... PLAYOFFS...
You play to win the game... lol

The 2004 season was just bad for me. The Chargers DOMINATED everything and went 14-2. I think Denver was knocked off by Indianapolis again, but I can't remember for sure. The AFC Championship was between my two hated teams. Pats and Chargers. I was hoping they'd play to the death. Haha.
