OMG - my heart goes out to this guy and his family. This breaks my heart. I cried while reading this article. Major props to him for staying strong and not being afraid to wear his grief on his sleeve! I love that he's not just "toughing it out." Love it. My prayers are with him and his family. Bryant plays anyway

I was shocked to hear that on game day. It's a terrible tragedy, and to play the day after his funeral takes such strength. Not only that, but he won the game for them. I remember watching the game and seeing him kick all those field goals. I remember after every kick there was no excitement, just a job well done. The embracing between him and his teammates was touching. I really feel for this guy. My heart goes out to him.
He scored 12 out of the 30 points the Bucs made.
