Jeez! I've lived in California my whole life and where I've lived it just STINKS! Haha.

I lived in Paramount California, near L.A. for the first four years of my life and the air was filthy and sticky. I've lived in Hesperia for the last 16 years and it's nothing but hot hot hot all the time. Just the other day it was 101 degrees. Can't get away from the heat even in the Fall! And it's always so dang bright!

Maybe I should just start new and move to where all my favorite sports teams are!

Rocky Mountain air was always nice when I visited anyways.

Oh man I got so many good wines it's unbelievable. They had so many reserves that you can not buy unless you are in Napa. I am a member of Sterling Vineyards now and will be getting a white and a red shipped to me every month. I will post pics of them on my California thread when I get them in on Tuesday. It was too much to take on the plane so I had to have them shipped to us.

I'm with BC on this. I spent my Air Force career in Northern Cal at Beale AFB. Mountains, valleys, rivers, lakes and forests were all within an hour's drive. Gorgeous!
