I like Peyton Manning, I mean I'm not some big fan, but he's as good as it gets. Without him that team doesn't win half it's games the past 10 years. Same with John and Dan... all those great Denver and Miami teams of the 80's and 90's don't look so great without them.
People will argue Tom Brady is up there. He is good, real good, but I don't have him on the same level as the 3 I mentioned above. The team around Tom Brady has always been near the best in the league even without him. I mean they won 11 games this year with a qb that never even started in college.

Wow man. I couldn't agree more with your football insight. I'm really amazed with Peyton Manning as well, and agree that although he has a decent offense, he's the reason they win a lot of their games. He reminds me of Elway quite a bit. When Dan Reeves shut up and gave control to Elway he just took over games. I loved that. I don't think Mannings up to the caliber of Marino and Elway. They're the two best quarterbacks in my mind without a doubt. I'm actually amazed that Manning is going to be starting his 13th season. It feels like he's been there 6 years. As for Tom Brady, I'd say he's pretty overrated. He reminds me of Joe Montana. Although they're both really good, they have a 5 star offense. Ryan Leaf could have won a Super Bowl with Jerry Rice.

It's cool to see Bruce Smith and Rod Woodson going into the Hall of Fame. Makes me feel a little old though ;D
And yeah if you can't win with Jerry Rice and the top ranked defense then it's time to just shoot yourself.
